- For this pairing, we’ll start with the Ultimate California Pizza gluten-free crust. We’re going to use the homemade red sauce (or maybe even the garlic herb EVOO.) We’ll add pulled pesto chicken, feta cheese, and fresh spinach. This pizza offers a Mediterranean feel, combining the strong flavors of feta with the herby notes from the pesto sauce. We find that the marinara sauce neutralizes the profile of flavors and the spinach provides a fresh taste.
- For this next pairing, we’ll start with the Ultimate California Pizza gluten-free crust. We’ll swirl on the garlic parmesan sauce, then add Italian sausage and salami for our proteins, and green peppers, yellow onions, and tomatoes for our veggies. The savory meats mixed with the bold flavors of the veggies create a harmonious flavor pairing with Italian flair. The garlic parmesan sauce adds flavor to the mix without hiding the flavors from the toppings we added.
- For a combination on the lighter side, we’ll choose the Ultimate California Pizza gluten-free crust. We’re going to utilize the garlic herb EVOO and sprinkle on vegan mozzarella. You can choose any veggie and still get the same effect, but we’ve been loving red peppers and black olives. This pizza has easy flavors and on the lighter side and is perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
