Surf’s up! Summer is here and it’s time to check out the newest menu items at Ultimate California that have washed ashore. Not only have we added a bunch of new tasty apps, but have brought back some of your favorite pizzas and are featuring some cocktail specials.
If you’re a fan of mushrooms, you’ll love our new Stuffed Mushrooms appetizer. Fresh mushrooms stuffed with spinach artichoke blend and topped with hickory smoked crumbled bacon – so far it’s been a huge hit with both locals and tourists alike. Craving something with a crunch? Try our Chips & Salsa – corn tortilla chips served with homemade fire roasted salsa.
For an appetizer that’s more on the savory side, order the BBQ Meatballs – Fresh, savory meatballs tossed in BBQ sauce and topped with green onions. These little balls of goodness are served with a side of fresh baked garlic bread. Even though pizza isn’t technically Italian, our new Bruschetta app is! Toasted garlic bread topped with diced tomatoes, crumbled feta, and fresh basil drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette – this antipasto might be tough to share.
Our new specialty pizza additions are more like blasts from the past! We’re bringing back the San Francisco and the Pasadena. The San Francisco consists of our Ultimate Red Sauce, sauteed mushrooms, green peppers, yellow onions, tomatoes, Monterey Jack, and USDA NY Strip. The Pasadena specialty pie is our Ultimate Red Sauce, sauteed mushrooms, ground beef, mozzarella, Swiss & hickory smoked crumbled bacon. You don’t have to wait for ‘Throwback Thursday’ to try one of these out!
In search of an ice cold cocktail to pair with your slice of pizza? Check out our new drink section on the menu, and pay special attention to our $5 cocktails! Both the freshly squeezed Ultimate Margarita or Hang Ten – tangy pink lemonade spiked with vodka – are like sippin’ on summertime. Our other West Coast inspired, refreshing cocktails include Pebble Beach, So Cal Sunrise, Ocean Boulevard and Left Coast.
